Class Types

All classes come with a mat and towel rental. Water and electrolytes are available for purchase.

  • 26 & 2 is a traditional, structured sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a hot room. This intelligent, repeatable format is designed to systematically work every part of the body—building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance, focus, and endurance.

  • A 45 minute version of our yoga-inspired strength class that uses light weights, cardio bursts, and dynamic movements. It’s upbeat, full-body, and great for building muscle and increasing stamina - all during your lunch break!

  • A flowing, breath-linked practice where poses transition smoothly from one to the next. Each class is unique, combining movement, strength, and stretching in a creative sequence. Great for beginners or seasoned yogis looking to deepen their practice and foundation

  • Breathe to the Beat is an energizing breathwork technique that syncs the pace of breath to the beat of music. By syncing your breath with the exhilarating beat of the music, BTTB helps you bypass the thinking mind and dive deeper into the body awareness while in a resting pose.

  • Perfect for active bodies and accessible to all levels, this class unwinds the tight muscles and fascia used in mountain activities. With slow, supported long holds and guided breathwork, you’ll drop into deep release and recovery. This practice resets the nervous system and restores mobility.
