This class is being held in the space between the Taurus New Moon and the Full Moon in Sagittarius. This workshop invites you to discover your voice through the lens of Human Design. As we move through the throat chakra gates this month, we explore the throat not in a place where expression begins, but where your unique energetic blueprint can manifest.

How do you translate your rooted inner truth into outward vision? Through the lens of Human Design, you'll uncover how your type, strategy, authority, and active throat gates shape the way your voice moves through the world and leave with a clearer sense of what you're being called to speak into being right now.

What to expect:

-A beginner-friendly introduction to the Energy Dynamics Method (life through the lens of human design)
-Reflection exercises to explore what is inside of you that is ready to release
-A restorative sound bath for nervous system reset
-Simple tools to take with you for greater clarity and energetic awareness to use throughout the month.
