  • We have hot, heated and non-heated! Check the schedule on our website, the classes are coded in color for the temperature.

  • Everything in yoga can be modified, but it’s best to start with an all-levels vinyasa, a gentle class or restorative yoga. You can always let your instructor know too so they can help you modify as needed.

  • Reservations canceled within 3 hours of the class time are subject to a $5 cancelation fee and loss of credit. No-shows are subject to a $10 fee and loss of credit. If you have an emergency or something else that prohibits you from getting here, reach out and let us know

  • We’ve got it all. Rentals are included in our pricing

  • We’ve got one in the men’s restroom and one in the women’s restroom
